Our Services

We are a vehicle finance broker and offer a range of vehicle finance products and services, provided by our panel of lenders from whom we may receive an introductory fee. We are not a funder or a lender. We only offer products from a limited number of insurers for: Combined Guaranteed Asset Protection and Return to Invoice Insurance - AutoProtect MBI Ltd Lease Guaranteed Asset Protection Insurance - AutoProtect MBI Ltd Paint and Bodywork Protection (SMART) Insurance - AutoProtect MBI Ltd Drive Elite and Commercial Protect 3 Warranty - AutoProtect MBI Ltd   We also offer Williams Synthetic Paint Protection which is not an insured product from Utimotive Ltd.  

General Data Protection Regulation

During the process of obtaining finance for your vehicle we will need to collect personal information from you and this will be passed on to one or more third party lenders to enable them to make a credit decision. We will also need to pass personal data to vehicle, insurance and maintenance suppliers following acceptance of finance and your order and within our company Group for reporting purposes. Charges for our services

We may a charge for the service that we provide:   New Orders We will charge an administration fee of £199.00 including VAT (£165.83 plus VAT) for our Brokering Services when you place an order.   Order Cancellation We will charge a cancellation fee of £600.00 including VAT (£500.00 plus VAT). If you are a regulated customer, you have the right to cancel the order within 14 days from the date of order without penalty in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. A cancellation received after 14 days will result in a cancellation fee.  Please note that the supplying dealer of the vehicle may also levy a cancellation charge and we will notify you of this within 2 working days of your cancellation.   Reschedules We will charge an administration fee of £114.00 including VAT (£95.00 plus VAT) for our services when we arrange a reschedule of your agreement. Please note that certain rules apply as to when a reschedule may take place and not all funders will reschedule an agreement. Please speak to us if this may be important to you.   Extensions We will charge an administration fee of £114.00 including VAT (£95.00 plus VAT) for arranging the extension of your agreement. Invoices in respect of our fees are payable within 7 days and may be made either online using a debit card or by direct bank transfer  


Our Customers are extremely important to us and whilst we aim to provide a trouble free and excellent level of service, we know that sometimes things go wrong. If you have cause to complain, we take any complaint very seriously and promise to deal with it promptly, effectively and in a positive manner.
