New BMW iX3 facelift and M Sport Trim

It hasn’t been around for long, but the new iX3 has already received a facelift. The reasoning for BMW’s changes is that it will keep the iX3’s styling in line with the X3, which underwent revisions earlier this year.

The refreshed iX3 will head into production this September with the new M Sport variant being the UK entry-level car that will begin at £59,730.

One of the more notable changes that have come with the facelift is a new front bumper, that now stylistically fits in with the iX and i4 saloon.

The kidney grilles have grown in size with new mesh-like inserts and the LED headlights have overgone a subtle reshape.

The interior of the iX3 M Sport will have sports seats as standard and a larger 12.3” infotainment screen to play with.

There will be two new equipment levels – the M Sport and M Sport Pro. Highlights of the M-Sport includes 19” alloy wheels, an electrically operated tailgate, a panoramic sunroof, adaptive suspension and metallic paint.

The M Sport Pro shows off 20” two-tone alloy wheels, acoustic glass, keyless go, tinted headlamps and parking assistant plus.

The rest of the car remains unchanged. This means that it will be capable of a 0-62mph of just 6.8 seconds and a maximum range of 286 miles according to BMW.
